  • Mr. Ashutosh Mookarjee was born on 29/06/1864 in calcutta.he belong middle class family. His father was a physician. He was brilliant in mathematics in his school.


  •  He was the lawyer of the Calcutta High court and become judge also of the Calcutta High court.


  •  He was the vice chancellor and make new ground in the system of education in this country.


  • His knowledge of educational matters was very good.he was a commissioner of the Calcutta corporation.


  • His effort to make india the great nation.
